Rules & Regulations
In order to provide an outstanding member experience with facilities that are clean, safe and enjoyable for all members, it is necessary for us to provide certain rules and regulations that can be uniformly enforced. The Rules and Regulations are frequently updated, and the Lake Las Vegas Sports Club reserves the right to alter and/or amend them to maintain the best possible environment for the staff and members. Please familiarize yourselves with the rules below.
Check-In Procedures
All members must check in at the front desk during normal business hours. Those entering the facility outside of normal business hours must have a key fob in their possession that has been registered in their name. After hours access inside the facility is not permitted for those who have not been issued a key fob.
Check-In Requirement
The Sports Club is a private facility accessible only to members and invited guests. In order to protect our members and the integrity of the membership, we ask that all members and guests check in at the front desk upon entering the facility. Members or guests entering the facility without checking in may be subject to a $50 fine per person, applied to the primary member’s account.
Key Fobs
All members must check in at the front desk during normal business hours. Guest Access
Members are encouraged to share the amenities of the Sports Club with friends and family members. Guests must register at the front desk. There is a $20/day guest fee for properly registered guests. Members who bring in unregistered guests after hours or otherwise are assessed a $50/day/guest fee and are subject to losing guest and/or after hours privileges.
Guests living in Lake Las Vegas or locally are permitted access to the Sports Club 3 times per year. Family members or relatives living in the same household as a member may be added to the member’s account for an additional $25 per month per person.
Delinquent Member Accounts
Members who have delinquent dues or charges on their accounts are subject to restrictions on their accounts as determined by the membership committee.
Towels
Gym towels are available at the front desk as a courtesy to members. Bath towels are also available at the front desk for those using the locker room showers. Members are encouraged to bring their own pool towels when accessing the pool. Please return towels at designated towel return bins located throughout the facility.
Water Bottles
Members are encouraged to bring their own refillable water bottles wherever possible. A water bottle filling station is available in the main gym between the men’s and women’s locker room. Complimentary water bottles are available at the front desk for members who forget to bring their own.
Common Courtesy
Members, guests, and staff should be courteous to each other at all times. Please report any incidents of misconduct or disrespect to the front desk staff or to the General Manager.
Attire
Members should abide by and comply with the Sports Club’s dress code for proper attire on the club premises at all times.
Property Damage
Please report any property damage or concerns to the front desk as soon as possible so that we can address the issues. Payment for property intentionally or carelessly damaged by members or guests will be collected in the same manner as that in which other debts or obligations are collected.
Illegal Drugs, Steroids, Alcohol
Members and guests may not bring illegal drugs, steroids, or outside alcoholic beverages onto the Sports Club premises.
Obscene Language and Profanity
Members should refrain from using inappropriate or obscene language or profanity at all times.
Sexual Misconduct and Harassment
Sexual misconduct or harassment in any form is strictly forbidden and will lead to severe disciplinary action, suspension, or expulsion. Please report any misconduct to the Sports Club or General Manager immediately.
Lockers
Lockers are for day use only. Items left in lockers overnight may be moved to the lost and found. Lost and found items are eventually donated to charity if they are not retrieved.
Valuables
Members should make every effort to leave valuables at home. The Sports Club will not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to valuables or other property that is left in cars or on the Sports Club premises.
Safety and Security
If members feel their safety is at risk, or they feel uncomfortable for any reason at any time during their visit to the Sports Club, please let the front desk or General Manager know. In addition, the Lake Las Vegas Patrol is available 24 hours at 702.249.5086.
Freezing and/or Pausing of Memberships
The Sports Club does not allow members to freeze or put a pause on monthly membership dues.
Transfer, Resignation, and/or Termination of Membership
Please contact the front desk at 702.568.1963 or review the bylaws for details.
Emergencies
Members should call 911 immediately for medical and other life threatening emergencies. For other non life-threatening emergencies or incidents, members may call the front desk at 702.568.1963 or Lake Las Vegas Patrol at 702.249.5086
The Lake Las Vegas Sports Club reserves the right to suspend or expel any member not complying with these rules.
